Design of vibrating waste sorter
Taska, Abraham ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Synek, Miloš (advisor)
The master thesis deals with a construction proposal for a vibrating sorter of cartridges. The thesis contains the theoretical part characterizing various sorter types of cartridges and describes the principle of sorting with the help of the vibrating sorters. The practical part includes a draft of a drive, calculation of a vibrating sorter, a proposal of compression springs bearing vibration frame and a control calculation of these springs. A complete vibrating sorter of the cartridges is created in a 3D modeling program. The thesis is attached by the drawings of the individual assemblies, subassemblies and individual parts.
Producing of aluminum shell
Šindelka, Karel ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of a large-caliber signal cartridge. As a semi-finished product, a dome is chosen, which will be cut from aluminum sheet, according to the ČSN 42 4005 standard. Thanks to good cold formability and a large production series, it is suitable to use back-extrusion technology. The semi-finished product for this operation is a calibrated roller, from which a thin-walled cup is subsequently formed. Another operation is the shaping of the bottom of the cartridge case, in which it is necessary to create a flange and a cavity for the match. Since the semi-finished product is cut from a sheet metal sheet, it is advisable to choose multi-row cutting, in which the material utilization is about 70%. Thanks to the combined set of tools, it is possible to perform several operations per machine stroke. In this way, hundreds to thousands of pieces can be produced per hour. The extruder and extruders are made of tool steel 19 423 according to the drawing documentation.
Recognition of Unique Features on Weapon Cartridges
Siblík, Jan ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
Subject of this thesis is design and implementation of an algorithm, capable of distinct feature based comparision of two weapon cartridge casing  images. In the first section it looks into the issue of fi- rearms with special emphasis on ballistic traces. In following parts it presents design and imple- mentation of scanning unit for acquisition of such images and their processing and design and excuti- on of the comparation algorithm. In the conclusion there is an evaluation of goals achieved and possi- bilities for further development.
Producing small rage shell
Bek, Martin ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the production of a small rage shell and the choice of a suitable technology. Brass with the designation MS70 is chosen as the material, according to ČSN 423210. Brass is a suitable material for cold forming. Due to the high number of pieces produced per year, the combination of two technologies proved to be the most economical variant. First technology is back extrusion technology. The input semi-finished product is a calibrated cylinder and the output product is a cup. Subsequently, the cartridge is made by drawing with thinning the wall. This method of manufacturing the shell is advantageous mainly due to the excellent use of the material and, in contrast to sheet metal forming, there is no high proportion of waste from sheet metal. The material is supplied in bars and cut into precise blanks that correspond in volume to the finished shell. Extrusion and drawing tools are shown in the accompanying technical drawings.
Suggestion of case feeder for orientation intermediate product
Sikora, Tomáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Synek, Miloš (advisor)
Task of this bachelory work is to make three suggestions of orientation intermediate product - cartrige box. Choose one of this suggestion and make calculations and draw drawings documentation
Producing big rage shell
Doležel, Martin ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis presents a proposal for the technological process of production of a big rage shell, the semi-finished product of which is a circular roundel made of non-alloy steel DD11. Based on the study part and the subsequent technological part, drawing without wall thinning and with wall thinning is proposed. The drawing is carried out on a hydraulic progressive six operating press PO 400 P with a forming force of 4,000 kN. Cutting of blanks is performed on an eccentric press LE 400 D. One part of this thesis is the design of a tool for drawing without thinning the wall and a tool for the last operation of drawing with thinning the wall. These tools are made of 19,436 steel according to the drawing documentation.
